By placing an order through Wampoc, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to the United States.

A. 180 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We have a 180-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 180 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused.
  • Complete with tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items NOT Eligible for Return

We DO NOT accept returns for the following:

– Any return request submitted after the 180-day period.

Final Sale items.

– Gift cards.

– Items that show clear signs of customer-caused use, washing, damage, or odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, or body odor).

B. OUR PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE A PHYSICAL RETURN LABEL

Don’t worry—this is normal! Just reach out to us at support@wampoc.com, and we’ll guide you through the process for your return or exchange.

Crucially, please DO NOT send the product back until you receive our confirmation email with the official return shipping address and instructions.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wampoc.com. Please include the following information in your return request:

+ Order number and full name
+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reasons for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we received and confirmed your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days

D. EXCHANGES

We ONLY facilitate exchanges for specific issues related to product fault or fulfillment error.

  • Supported Exchange Cases: We exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (wrong product or wrong size was sent due to our error).
  • Shipping Costs: Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Request: If your item qualifies for an exchange, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@wampoc.com.

E. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 7 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

F. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.

Full refunds are processed within 7 days after your cancellation request is approved by us.
