Eligibility Summary
Return window: within 180 days of receiving
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped (seller error), and the request must be made within 180 days of delivery. The item must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.
We DO NOT accept returns for customer errors (e.g., change of mind, ordering mistakes), unauthorized return, Final Sale items, or items showing signs of use, washing, or odors,.
Return & Exchange Process
Our packages do not include a physical return label.
To start, please email us at support@wampoc.com with the following:
a. Your Order number and full name.
b. Reasons for return/exchange.
c. Attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof.
Our dedicated team will prioritize its review, typically responding within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Return Shipping and Costs
Since your item is reported as defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped (our error), we take full responsibility for all shipping charges We will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if the reported fault is confirmed: The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days after inspection. A Full Refund will be processed.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order is no longer cancellable.
Full refunds are processed within 7 days after your cancellation request is approved by us.
