This guide outlines our process for reporting alleged copyright, trademark, or design infringement on Wampoc.

1. How to Report Infringement

If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or an authorized agent acting on their behalf, and you believe material on our site infringes your IP, please submit a formal complaint.

Your Complaint Must Include:

• Your Contact Information:
  • Full Name (or Company Name)
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Physical Address
• Description of Infringed Work:
  • A detailed account of the copyrighted, trademarked, or other IP-protected work you believe has been infringed.
• Location of Allegedly Infringing Material:
  • The exact URL(s) on Wampoc where the infringing content appears.
• Required Legal Statements:
  • “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this complaint is accurate and that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the intellectual property rights involved.”
• Signature:
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will acknowledge your complaint and begin a review within 5 business days.

2. Our Response to Your Complaint

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice from you:

• We will temporarily disable or remove the allegedly infringing content while our review is underway.
• We may contact the content uploader or designer for clarification or to offer them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
• If your claim is verified and found valid, the content will remain removed, and future uploads of the same material may be blocked.
• If the claim is found to be invalid or incomplete, we will notify you and may request additional information.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice (For Content Uploaders)

If you are a content uploader and believe your material was removed incorrectly due to a false claim, you may submit a counter-notice (e.g., under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for U.S. jurisdictions or equivalent local laws).

Your Counter-Notice Must Include:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Clear identification of the material that was removed, including its URL.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court (or relevant local court) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will then forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file legal action within 14 business days, the content may be restored.

4. Preventing Misuse of the IP Claim Process

Filing false or fraudulent claims is a violation of the law. You could be held liable for damages, legal fees, and penalties (e.g., under Section 512(f) of the DMCA or similar international laws).

We take intellectual property rights seriously, but we also equally condemn any abuse of the claim process. Please ensure all claims you submit are truthful and genuinely supported by valid legal rights.

5. Our Content Sourcing Policy

All designs and content on Wampoc are intended to be:

• Created by our in-house designers.
• Properly licensed for commercial use from trusted platforms.
• Based on public domain or fair use principles.

Should any content unintentionally violate your rights, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue swiftly and respectfully.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Wampoc maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for users who repeatedly submit or upload infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate intellectual property laws or our platform rules.
