At Wampoc, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise with your order. Here’s how we’re happy to help.
A. Order Cancellations/ Modifications
Changed your mind? We get it!
- You can cancel your order for a full refund or modify order if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- After this 12-hour window, cancellations and modifications may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
- Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.
B. Exchanges
We ONLY facilitate exchanges for specific issues related to product fault or fulfillment error.
- Supported Exchange Cases: We exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (wrong product or wrong size was sent due to our error).
- Shipping Costs: Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
- Request: If your item qualifies for an exchange, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@wampoc.com.
C. Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping Fees
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
- Address Correction: If you realize you made an error, please notify us immediately at support@wampoc.com within the 12-hour cancellation window to request a correction.
- Incorrect Address Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Re-Shipping Cost: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge to have the order sent out again.
